The objective of this solution is to assist certain operations, such as screwing, by an expert system in collaboration with the operators.
The aim is to automate certain production island actions at the end of the assembly process by concentrating the operator’s actions on the highest value-added tasks.
The cell will be interoperable with its ecosystem and will collaborate with the operator on common work areas.
The device includes a collaborative robot with a screwdriver, as well as a screw feeder system, to automatically perform these screwing operations.
The operator will be able to perform other tasks on the same island or load and unload the screwed parts.
