SCREWING ROBOT

 

The purpose of the screwdriving robot is to assist with screwdriving operations, using an expert system that works in collaboration with operators.

The aim is to automate certain actions on the production island at the end of the assembly process, allowing operators to focus on other tasks such as loading and unloading screwed parts, or tasks with higher added value.

The robotic cell will be interoperable with its ecosystem and will collaborate with the operator on shared workspaces.

The device includes a collaborative robot with a screwdriver, as well as a screw feeding system that allows screwing operations to be performed automatically.
